At Mute Records, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Return
Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring that vinyl records are properly protected and all original inserts are included.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund once the items pass our quality inspection.
