How long will it take to receive my order?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the domestic region. International orders may take 7-14 business days depending on customs processing.
What is your return policy for vinyl and CDs?
We accept returns on unopened and sealed items within 30 days of purchase. If your record arrives warped or damaged, please contact our support team immediately for a replacement.
Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing a tracking number and a link to monitor your shipment's progress.
Which payment methods do you accept?

Can I cancel or modify my order after it has been placed?
Orders can be modified or cancelled within 2 hours of placement. After this window, the order is sent to our warehouse for processing and cannot be changed.
